Overview
Plantation grown Arabica, with a light to medium body and exceptionally clean aromatic flavour.
Description
Good to high flavour. Good acidity with exceptional aromatics with a full smooth deep rich body with a long smooth, sweet finish. Can have a good, slightly pungent aroma. Sigri plantation, located in the Waghi Valley in the Western Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea, was established in the 1950's and rapidly gained the reputation for producing the finest Arabic coffee in the country
